ABOUT MEGHAN MAHONEY
Hi! I'm Meghan Mahoney — an operations and program management specialist and higher education professional, currently serving as a Senior Administrative Coordinator at Loyola Marymount University.

I began my career in digital marketing at Citizen Relations, an international, award-winning public relations and digital marketing agency. There, I had the privilege of working with notable brands across industries such as manufacturing, financial services, higher education, and consumer goods — including several Fortune 500 companies. During this time, I honed my skills in marketing strategy, client service, and project management while partnering with clients like United States Steel Corporation, SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union, Jose Cuervo, Procter & Gamble, Oral-B, University of Toronto Scarborough, and more.

Prior to LMU, I served as a Business Operations Specialist for the Army ROTC program at The Ohio State University, where I managed fiscal responsibilities, scheduling, and academic support while serving as the department’s primary university liaison. I loved this role because it allowed me to blend my passion for service, operational efficiency, and relationship-building in a mission-driven environment.

Now back in California, I am thrilled to be continuing my career in higher education at LMU, where I support the Bellarmine College of Liberal Arts — specifically the Huffington Ecumenical Institute, Bioethics Institute, and Jewish Studies and Catholic Studies departments — with fiscal management, scheduling, event planning, and academic operations.
